Is there a shelf that fits into the clamps on the bottom of this hanging rack? Is it a shoe rack at the bottom? If so, what is it called so I can purchase it.

Thank you for your inquiry. There is not a shelf that fits into the clamps on the bottom of this rack.
The clamps are to hold the legs in place when folded for storage. It is not a shoe rack at the bottom. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Have a great day!
