I'm having trouble with my SSW tagging gun. I just purchased it and I can't get it to work. I slide the fasteners in but they won't feed through the needle. It just jams and won't move. Am I doing something wrong? View answer

My gun is off center & a notch behind.......in other words, when I pull the trigger the sticker doesn't come out, but when I click it again it comes out off center. If I change the price, the previous price prints. I've re-loaded without any luck. View answer
