I am looking to hang jewelry cards with a lip on back of cards to hold pairs of earrings. Could you show a picture that would accommodate this?

Thank you for your inquiry. This item actually cannot be used with earring cards. The wooden rungs are too thick. The item can only be used as it's shown in the picture.
