Thank you for your inquiry. This item does not carry a warranty, but we do guarantee and allow returns for up to a year. If you would like assistance to program the unit please contact 1-800-823-8887 and a representative can assist you. Otherwise if it has been under a year you are welcome to return to to our warehouse located in St. Louis, MO with any carrier of your choice. Please include a copy of the invoice with a reason for the return. Once we receive the merchandise, we will credit the purchase price of the merchandise minus the freight back to the original form of payment. The credit will take just a few days to process.
