My 2-line labeler is printing out of alignment. I checked; it's free of stickers inside, nothing seems to stuck/jammed, it feeds like it should, & I've tried a different rolls of labels (all purchased through SSW). Is there an alignment video?

Thank you for your inquiry. There should be a circle on the side that looks like you can turn it with a flat head xxxx driver. This is the point that you want to turn to adjust the alignment. If you have any further questions please contact us at 1-800-823-8887. Thank you again.
