I am having trouble getting my gun to print. I checked to make sure the ink was good. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend seeing if there are any labels that may have gotten stuck in the way of the printing to start. Also depending on how long you've had the gun The numbers may need cleaning. A q-tip and rubbing alcohol should help clean those.
