Does this unit come with a base fixture for the hole in the bottom? I purchased a few of them and need them to sit flat on an shelf. The base is slightly slanted causing the body form to fall forward from the wall.

Thank you for your inquiry. This item is not designed to have a stand. They are meant to hang from the hook that goes through the neck. You are welcome to set them up to stand on a table, however they would need something weighted in the back of the depth lip to keep them steady. The hole is just apart of the molding process.
