Is this rack collapsable? Does it use any hardware or is it just the poles? I am trying to figure out how easy it is to set up and take down frequently.�

Thank you for your inquiry. This rack is comprised of 3 poles: 2 upright and 1 hang rail, and the Z base with wheels. No hardware is needed. However this is not considered a collapsible unit.
