Thank you for your inquiry. The Economy Vinyl Shoulder covers measure 21"W with an 8" drop and are 2 mils thick. If the covers would fit a coat or sweater would be dependent upon the size of the coat or sweater and thickness. We do offer samples of this item at no charge to you.
