Thank you for your inquiry. The light would need to be installed, if you would like us to have that completed before shipping please confirm that in the special instructions notes at check out. That service is usually an additional $35.00. The unit does include a concealed storage area that does not come with a lock, however we do sell a ratchet lock set under SKU # 65222.
