what is the weight limit on the 8 foot hangrail as well as the 4 foot hangrail? and how much weight will the wall brackets hold for a single hangrail? I am thinkng I should go with 3 outriggers, and 2 , 4 foot hangrails to spread the weigh (winter cloth
