Thank you for your inquiry. The 60 x 60 inch Black & Chrome Single-Rail Clothing Rack (60112) has 4 bolts and 8 nuts that connect this together and make for easy assembly. You will want to attach one nut to one end of each bolt threading and then these will go through one leg into the hangrail and out the second leg. Having and extra set of hands will be helpful.
