Thank you for your inquiry. The wipes are safe to use on surface tops. But to wipe actual food with them we would not recommend. As far as wiping toys with the wipes you can do that, we would recommend waiting the full 5 minute contact time and then rinsing them with water not because its not safe the toy would just hold a soap taste.
