Thank you for your inquiry. The Ball diameter measures 1.4" and the insert of this item is 3/4" W. The finial stands 2 1/4" H above the rack when attached and is 4 1/2" H overall. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance. Thank you again, have a nice day!
