Thank you for your inquiry. The panels can be cut, however we are not able to recommend which specific tools to use. The Rear, Center, and End Shelf Clips are used to hold Glass Shelves in place on the brackets, not to mount the slatwall panels. The hardware to mount slatwall panels can be found at your local hardware store. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you should need anything else.
