Thank you for your inquiry. The 14" x 14" panels weight approximately 1 lb per and could be connected with the 8ft panels. However you may need to use zip ties to attach them together, the mini grid connectors will not work with the larger panels and the wire grid connectors will be to large to fit the mini grid panels.
