Are the hang rails adjustable to move up and down as needed after installation?

Thank you for your inquiry. The two Pipe Outriggers that attaches to the wall have slotted holes in them to where you could adjust the hang rails as high up or as low as you would like them after installation. Please let us know if we may assist you further. Have a great day!
