Thank you for your inquiry. We would be happy to figure out that resolution with you. I would recommend also cleaning the letters and numbers with a q-tip or swab. There may be built up ink on these that can cause the fuzzy print. The other suggestion will be in terms of how hard you are squeezing into the ink or just lightly pulling the handle to get the desired clear print.
