Thank you for your inquiry. OC stands for the on center measurement; if your slots measure 1" from top to bottom you would most likely need a 1" slot 2" OC bracket. The on center measurement is the measurement from the bottom of one slot to the bottom of the slot above it. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
