How do I get a refund? Do I have pay to have it shipped back to you? This product states it hold up to over 200 pounds, that is incorrect. I put my garments on there and the poles continue to slide down. I ordered 2 of these racks based on the reviews! Heavy-Duty Single-Rail Z-Truck Rack
