Is this rack tall enough to hold evening gowns, without them sweeping the floor? I see a range for height. Does that mean it's adjustable to 75 inches, or one pole is 75" and the other 45" (which I can't imagine would be the case) thank you. (Chrome Double-Rail Clothing Rack with Z-Brace)
