Do you have installation instructions for the extra hang rail bar? Will we need to drill a hole in the vertical poles to attach the extra bar? Is there anything that comes with it besides the brackets and 2 big bolts?

Thank you for your inquiry. We apologize, we do not have instructions to attach the extra hang rail bar. there is not any drilling into the vertical poles that is required. The bar, brackets and hardware is all that is needed. Please let us know if you have further questions.
