Hi, I just purchased this rack. I tried following the video instructions of how to install the unit; the part I didn't understand was attaching the collars to the main hanging pole, as the main pole seemed too short to extend to the 2 upright poles. Heavy-Duty Single-Rail Z-Truck Rack
