How can you hang clothes BENEATH clothing already on the rack on top? Unless these rails are not beneath, but about 2 feet OUTSIDE the upper rack. Thank you for your inquiry. The Add-On Rails for the Double Rail Rack with Z Brace clamp onto the uprights of the rack to create two levels of hanging space on the rack.
