Thank you for your inquiry. For the Monarch 1131 Pricing Gun to align properly the labels must be loaded into the gun perfectly. I have provided a link to our YouTube Channel which has a few videos for troubleshooting the Monarch 1131 pricing gun; as well as loading the labels into the gun so that the self align function will work properly.
