Do these hangers have the rubber strip on the shoulder to keep a thin material top from sliding off the hangar?

Thank you for your inquiry. We do apologize but this hanger does not come standard with the rubber strips on the shoulders. We do carry foam hanger covers (25136, 25106) and self adhesive foam strips (25110) should you need them. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
