Please provide a link to Assembly Instruction PDF link that works. Are there supposed to be xxxx holes in the top bar through which to xxxx the 2 screws (top & bottom) in the brace clamp? Can't get the clamps to sit tight. It all falls apart.

Thank you for your inquiry. We do have assembly instructions on our website at the very bottom of the page under product support. The top bar does not have holes, the hangrail brackets attach to both sides of the bar. Please let us know if you have further questions.
