I am interested to purchase a Commercial mobile apparel rack. I also need it to be covered and ideally, the cover could be locked to avoid low-risk theft. We sell apparel items in a church museum and would like the convenience of a mobile rack w/ lock. (Chrome Double-Rail Collapsible Salesman Rack)
