Thank you for your inquiry. The bag dimensions shown in the details box for the White Plastic T-Shirt Bags - Small SKU # 90114 are 8”W x 5”D x 16”H. Yes, we can ship to international locations. However, at this time our website is not set up to accept addresses outside of the United States. If you would like to obtain a quote for shipping to your location, we would need to obtain the following information. Name, billing and shipping addresses, contact phone number, item numbers and quantities. I do also need to inform you that all international orders will require a wire transfer for payment.
