How do you bend the medal frame to get the mirrors into it? seems impossible, is there a trick to it?

Thank you for your inquiry. You need to apply gentle pressure to the frame of the mirror and then slide the mirror into the slots. It should be a very tight fit and may be useful to have two people available to hold the frame out and slide the mirror in. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
