Thank you for your inquiry. The drop down menu is apart of the subscribe and save option. The item is available to ship right away for you, however if you would like it to be on reoccurring subscription shipments you would select the check box underneath the item to set up for the cheaper cost and shipping. As long as this is not selected you may disregard the drop down menu and that will ship normally as a one time purchase. Please let us know if you require additional assistance.
