can this be mounted directly to wall or does it have to have a slot bar mounted first or mount in slat wall? also how many t shirts could hang on one ? is the 6 ball the same just an inch smaller ? Thank you for your inquiry. The Chrome 7-Ball Waterfall Faceout (50105) will need the ½” slots 1” O.C. Slotted Standard in order to be mounted to the wall. Depending on the strength of the wall will determine a total amount of merchandise it can hold. Unfortunately there is not a weight rating. The 6 ball will work the same way.
