Thank you for your inquiry. When you are looking at this item either in the cart or on the merchandise page there will be a check box that says "Subscribe and Save" this will then bring up the subscription pricing letting you know that was selected and you can then decided on the timeline you would like to have those redeliver to you between 2-12 week intervals.
