Thank you for you inquiry. The 30" round display table with wood finger groove legs - 60196 would insert one into the table top grooves until secure. Then the other leg (with grooves/slots facing down) into the first base leg until secure. Both Legs should be firmly into the groove/slots of the table top. This completes assembly.
