So do I need to also purchase slotted standards to be able to hang round hangrail?

Thank you for your inquiry. The uprights on the back side include the ½” slots 1” O.C. Slotted Standard. The hang rail brackets SKU # 50151 or SKU # 50171 would be what you can use to set up that hang rail with this display. Please let us know if you require additional assistance.
