Is the hardware to attach the legs included, like bolts, washers, etc..? Also, can the standing grid hold apparel with a waterfall face out if apparel is only hanging from one side of the grid, and the other side against a tent wall, not mounted? (2 x 6 foot White Standing Grid Screen)
