Looking at previous questions, there seems to be a difference in the head circumference of the black head mannequin (24") and the white head mannequin (22-1/2") Can you clarify this? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry. The top of the head where the hat would sit measures at the 22.5" and more towards the middle around the back and over the 'nose' area comes to a 24" measurement.
