Thank you for your inquiry. This item weighs 350lbs not including the crate. If the merchandise is needed to be brought inside, a white glove service would need to be requested for a quote and cost approval. Otherwise, the freight companies offer delivery to dock or with liftgate on the back of the truck with the merchandise lowered down to the ground. The weight limit per shelf is 15-20lbs.
