Can this sign be left outside on a permanent basis? Are there holes in the base so it can be attached to the ground so no one steals it?

Hello and thank you for your inquiry! 2 Sided Springer Sign (18320) is not recommended to be kept outside permanently. We recommend bringing the item indoors outside of operating hours as the unit is not able to be attached to the ground and the letters are removable. Thank you again for your interest!
