I make and sell silk scarves so wondering how smooth a finish is on the rings? I am using velvet covered now as the chrome ones I have purchased elsewhere seem to all have rough edges where the circles ends meet and it winds up snagging the silk. (Boutique Cobblestone Spiral Scarf Rack)
