Hello and thank you for you inquiry! The stretched Hexagonal Showcase(65235) has a weight of 350.00 lbs. They are fully assembled upon delivery and are assembled in our warehouses in the U.S.. Unfortunately we do not offer thicker shelves for this unit(shelves are 1/4" thick). The weight limit per shelf is 15-20 lbs.
