Thank you for your inquiry. The boxes do not need to be assembled. Depending on the size of the pearls this could work. We would be happy to send you a sample of any item that we sell in a case or pack. Please email us at contactus@storesupply.com with your name, your co name, address, phone number and email address. Please also include the item numbers you would like a sample of and what you are looking at in particular for the item (i.e. size, color, thickness, quality) We will ship your sample as soon as possible.
