Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately the tags are only available in the quantity shown. Shipping charges are the actual carrier charges based upon the dimensions and weight of the box(es) being shipped and the zip code of the address being shipped to. To get an exact shipping cost you will put in your shipping address and it will give you a shipping cost before you put in your payment information. We are able to work with you in terms of if you have your own shipping account we can use that or if you wanted to send in shipping labels for your order.
