Thank you for your inquiry. The items are packaged in increments of 2, but pricing is per panel. They are packed in quantities of 2 for the protection of the merchandise so we can ensure you receive in quality condition. The 48103 will not work for this item it is meant for a pegboard. The items that will function best with the slatgrid paneling will be the wire grid accessories or the slatwall accessories.
