Thank you for your inquiry. The Super Heavy Duty Single Rail Salesman Z-Truck Rack - Blue SKU # 60258 shown in the picture only comes with one hang rail bar. To add on the additional hang rail circled in red, you would go half way down the uprights with clamps provided to hold it in place. Please let us know if you require additional assistance.
