Is this form hollow? Also, how thick is the plastic? I am a pastry chef considering using this as a chocolate mold.

Thank you for your inquiry. It is hollow until you get to the upper ankle. From there it has in insulated foam for stability. I would highly recommend not putting anything inside of the form if you plan on eating it. This is not a food safe item. Please let us know if you require additional assistance.
