Thank you for your inquiry. The 4 " S hooks would fit on to the hang rail for this item. The hang rail measures at 1 1/16" diameter and the 4" S hooks are able to fit up to 1 1/4" hang rails. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you again and have a great day!
