Thank you for your inquiry. The initial set up will take the longest, but once the base is set up the only parts you would need to disable would be the panels. I would estimate the assembly and disassembly of the panels would be about 15-20 minutes, not including loading/packing away for transport. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
