Thank you for your inquiry. The rack does not actually have a spot for a sign holder, however we do offer sign holders that you can attach to the 4-Way Clothing Racks. You will need to select a metal sign, a threaded stem and the C Clamp for the 4-Way Racks to complete this set up. I have provided a link to the options for your reference below.
