This basket is not designed for that. The hooks are locked in a semi-round design. They are not flat so they could not work on the edge of a shelf. These were designed to hang onto wire grid panels.
where are the welded hooks. how far in from the edges. i really need hanging baskets to hang on a 14 inch shelf edge
